Jubilee SaaS Terms of Service

1. The Service

Jubilee provides a proprietary analysis platform that integrates with third-party Loan Origination Systems ("LOS") to identify mortgage renewal opportunities.

2. Account Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate registration info.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • Authorization: You represent and warrant that you have the legal right and necessary client consents to connect your LOS accounts (Velocity/Filogix) to Jubilee.

3. Fees and Payment

Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually and are non-refundable. Jubilee reserves the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

4. Intellectual Property

Jubilee owns the software, algorithms, and branding. You own the data you import, but you grant Jubilee a license to process that data to provide the service.

5. Limitation of Liability

Jubilee is a recommendation tool. We do not provide financial advice. The final decision to recommend a product to a client rests solely with the Agent. Jubilee is not liable for any financial losses or errors originating from the LOS data.

6. Termination

You can cancel at any time. Upon termination, your access to the dashboard will be revoked, and data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.
