Privacy Policy for Jubilee

Effective Date: Jan 28, 2026

Last Updated: Jan 28, 2026

At Jubilee, we respect the privacy of our users (Mortgage Agents and Brokerages) and the clients they serve. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our B2B SaaS platform.

1. Information We Collect

Because Jubilee functions as a bridge between your historical data and future recommendations, we process two types of information:

  • User Information: Name, professional email, brokerage affiliation, and login credentials for the Jubilee platform.
  • Integration Data (Third-Party): When you link your accounts from Loan Origination Systems (LOS) like Newton Velocity or Finastra Filogix Expert, we access historical deal data, including:
    • Client names and contact info (for identification).
    • Mortgage terms, rates, and maturity dates.
    • Lender information and property details.

2. How We Use Your Data

We don't just "collect" data; we make it work for you. We use the information to:

  • Generate Recommendations: Analyze maturity dates and current market rates to identify renewal opportunities.
  • Service Delivery: Provide the core functionality of the Jubilee dashboard.
  • Platform Improvement: Use de-identified, aggregated data to improve our recommendation algorithms and system performance.
  • Communication: Send you alerts about upcoming deal expirations or system updates.

3. Data Integration & Access

Jubilee acts as a Data Processor. You (the Agent/Brokerage) remain the Data Controller.

  • LOS Connectivity: We use secure API integrations or authorized credentials to sync data from Velocity or Filogix.
  • No Data Selling: We do not sell, rent, or trade client financial data to third parties. Period.

4. Data Security

We treat mortgage data like the sensitive asset it is.

  • Encryption: All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256).
  • Access Control: Only authorized Jubilee personnel have access to the production environment, and only for maintenance or support purposes.
  • Hosting: Data is stored on secure cloud servers located in Canada.

5. Compliance (PIPEDA / GDPR / CCPA)

Depending on your jurisdiction, your clients may have rights regarding their data.

  • Consent: By linking your LOS, you represent that you have the necessary consents from your clients to process their data for the purpose of mortgage management and renewals.
  • Access & Deletion: Users can request the deletion of their Jubilee account and the "unlinking" of LOS data at any time.

6. Third-Party Services

Jubilee may use sub-processors (like hosting providers or analytics tools) to help run our service. A full list of our sub-processors is available upon request.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as Jubilee grows. We will notify you of any significant changes via the email address associated with your account.
